Terms and Conditions for Thunder Pro App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Thunder Pro app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Subscription Details

• Thunder Pro offers auto-renewing subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to an initial pre-payment followed by recurring monthly charges.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current payment period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your app account settings after purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thunder Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time and will always post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of California without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
